Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with others
- willing to comply with health and sanitation standards
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- take orders and process payments accurately
- assist guests with prize redemption and questions
- maintain clean and organized workstations
- provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly
- support team members across different positions through cross-training
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- handle cash and transactions securely
