We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Cashier and Customer Service team member to join our dedicated team at the Garland location. This role blends hospitality and operational responsibilities, serving as one of the key touchpoints for our guests. In this position, you will utilize cash registers, POS terminals, electronic scanners, and other equipment to conduct monetary transactions efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Beyond transactions, the role involves ensuring the front of the house is orderly, restocking necessary items, managing phone inquiries, and addressing guest questions with accuracy and warmth.
The ideal candidate for this role is dependable, reliable, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail is critical, as you will handle cash register operations including balancing at the beginning and end of your shifts. Key responsibilities also include greeting guests as they enter, taking and entering orders accurately into the POS system, and maintaining a neat and organized front area. Experience with handling guest needs and resolving operational issues related to bowling lanes is highly valued, as you will help run lane operations smoothly, assist guests with lane error codes or malfunctions, and keep lanes clean and well-stocked.
