The position of Restaurant Team Member - Cashier at Mendocino Farms is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant. Cashiers must be at least 18 years old and are expected to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the restaurant's busy environment. Both full-time and part-time hours are available. The hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00, inclusive of tips. All team members participate in a tip pool and receive bi-weekly payments ensuring consistent earnings.
