Job Description
Wingstop is a leading fast casual restaurant chain specializing in wings, with a strong presence across the United States and internationally. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, Wingstop offers a unique dining experience focused on delivering bold, distinctive flavors to its customers. Known as The Wing Experts, the company serves classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders, all cooked to order and hand-sauced and tossed in a fan-favorite selection of 11 bold flavors. The menu also features signature sides such as fresh-cut seasoned fries and freshly-made ranch and bleu cheese dips, making Wingstop a go-to destination for wing lovers seeking quality and flavor.
Wingstop prides itself on providing an unparalleled guest experience through excellent customer service and a strong commitment to quality food. The company has grown tremendously, and our franchisee team is one of the largest franchise owners of Wingstop restaurants in the United States. We currently own and operate over 100 Wingstop locations throughout South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, with expansion plans continuing. This significant footprint not only reflects our dedication to the brand but also our passion for creating career opportunities in the food service industry.
We are actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic team members who want to advance their careers in the fast-paced food service sector. Joining the Wingstop team means becoming part of a culture that values teamwork, continual learning, and leadership development. We provide ongoing career and leadership development training designed to help employees hone their skills and move up within the organization. A rotating schedule helps team members balance work and personal life, while the work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings.
Team members at Wingstop enjoy several perks including free meals during shifts, the opportunity to receive free uniforms after one year of service, and a work schedule that excludes working on major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. Importantly, our restaurants operate without curbside or drive-thru service, focusing instead on providing a top-notch in-restaurant dining experience.
Employment at Wingstop offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. Paid time off is also provided to support our employees’ well-being and work-life balance. We are currently scheduling in-person interviews and encourage individuals who are passionate about flavor and guest experience to apply today. Don’t miss this chance to be part of the world of flavor and work for a top-ranked franchise recognized in the Franchise Times Restaurant 200 magazine for its size and impact.
