Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in fast food or casual dining preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook wings and other menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standards
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and dining area following health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving, storing, and replenishing stock
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
