The role of Counter Server/Cashier at PINCHO is vital to maintaining the high standards the restaurant is known for. This position involves direct interaction with guests, making you an ambassador of PINCHO’s core values. As a Counter Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing an exceptional customer service experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure. This includes greeting guests warmly, assisting them throughout their visit, and guiding them to make the most informed choices from the menu.

In this role, you will learn the menu thoroughly to communicate all ingredients effectively, including critical dietary information, ensuring guests with specific dietary needs are well accommodated. Proper food handling will be part of your daily duties to maintain high safety and hygiene standards. You will also manage the front-of-house area by keeping it clean and organized, taking care of the dining room as well as additional spaces such as bathrooms and patios if applicable. Restocking stations such as utensils, napkins, and beverages will keep the service smooth and uninterrupted.

Operating the point-of-sale (POS) register to handle transactions accurately is another key responsibility, along with setting up and breaking down the front expo and bagging areas. You will also be tasked with resolving any guest issues promptly, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied. Another important aspect of the role is familiarizing guests with the PINCHO app to enhance their experience and encourage digital engagement with the brand.

No previous experience is needed for this role, as PINCHO provides comprehensive on-the-job training. However, candidates should be at least 16 years old and willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of every guest. Job Duties

  • Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling
  • Set up, maintain, and break down front expo and bagging area
