Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cashier or customer service role preferred
Basic math skills
Proficiency with POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet new and returning guests on every visit
Know all menu items to make food suggestions and answer questions
Verify accuracy of each guest order, manage takeout orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
Operate the cash register, count money and provide correct change
Balance the cash drawer before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortages or overages
Assist with frontline food preparation tasks such as packaging and delivering orders to tables
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient service and quality products
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment
Follow and respect all safety rules, policies and procedures
