Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashier or customer service role preferred
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet new and returning guests on every visit
- Know all menu items to make food suggestions and answer questions
- Verify accuracy of each guest order, manage takeout orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
- Operate the cash register, count money and provide correct change
- Balance the cash drawer before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortages or overages
- Assist with frontline food preparation tasks such as packaging and delivering orders to tables
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient service and quality products
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment
- Follow and respect all safety rules, policies and procedures
