We are currently seeking an experienced Cash Logistics Supervisor to oversee our inside currency operations. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accountability and security of all financial liabilities and ensuring efficient daily workflow. This role operates in a secure and armed environment requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and security measures protecting both personnel and assets. The ideal candidate will assist the Cash Logistics Manager in the secure and smooth running of the armored car facility by providing first-line supervision to employees and managing critical cash operations including deposit verification, change order preparation, inventory control, and branch vault activities. The position demands strong leadership skills to coach, schedule, and empower staff to meet or exceed service level agreements and contractual requirements.

In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Cash Logistics Supervisor must focus on continuous process improvement by leveraging technology, equipment, and process redesigns. Compliance with all company policies as well as state and federal laws is essential. The role also involves maintaining accurate transactional records, handling customer inquiries, and balancing cash transactions daily, alongside ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work environment. Support for processing operations and assistance to management in achieving branch goals will also form part of this multi-faceted role.
