The role of a Meijer Courtesy Team Member is an entry-level position designed to provide exposure to various retail tasks and services offered in the store. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment by delivering above and beyond customer service. Courtesy Team Members interact directly with customers, helping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. They play a vital role in assisting with store operations by performing tasks such as managing shopping carts, assisting with perishable product returns, snow removal, and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and other store areas.
