Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years related experience in restaurant or customer service
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest
  • Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able to communicate verbally with guests and team members
  • Ability to use close vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus
  • Must be able to operate food prep equipment safely
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Able to work a flexible schedule with early closing and no late nights

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
  • Understand and utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques when placing orders for carryout guests
  • Package food and beverage orders, condiments, and appropriate items promptly and accurately
  • Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and help them with menu selections
  • Wear a headset to communicate with managers and teammates to expedite the guest experience
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and account for all receivables
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling and keep carry out area clean
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and retail areas
  • Effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager when appropriate
  • Answer phone calls promptly using company scripts
  • Accurately input carry out orders into computer system
  • Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
  • Assist in greeting and escorting guests to tables
  • Assist in cashing guests out if cashier is not available
  • Assist with pre-bussing tables and rolling silverware
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
