Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of two professional references
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Completion of any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Ability to work at least two weekly shifts consistently with the same client(s) to build strong relationships
- Comfortable working in home environments with pets such as cats and/or dogs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to complete necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
- Use industry-leading caregiver technology and scheduling tools to manage client care and appointments
- Travel safely to client homes in the Dallas area with a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of caregiving activities and client progress
- Collaborate with the support team for 24/7 assistance and guidance
