Home Instead offers competitive compensation, paying between $14.50 and $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of two professional references
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
  • Completion of any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
  • Ability to work at least two weekly shifts consistently with the same client(s) to build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working in home environments with pets such as cats and/or dogs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to complete necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
  • Use industry-leading caregiver technology and scheduling tools to manage client care and appointments
  • Travel safely to client homes in the Dallas area with a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of caregiving activities and client progress
  • Collaborate with the support team for 24/7 assistance and guidance
