Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as CNA, HHA, LVN, LPN, or RN
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same clients to provide consistent care
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Job Duties

  • Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and observations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to support client wellbeing
  • Utilize company mobile app for schedule management and care updates
  • Adhere to all compliance, license, and registration requirements
