Job Description

Clarendale of Chandler is a premier senior living community located in the picturesque area of Chandler, near Sun Lakes, Arizona. Known for its upscale resort-style living accommodations, Clarendale offers a unique blend of comfort, exceptional hospitality, and a vibrant social atmosphere designed to enhance the quality of life of its residents. The community is managed by Life Care Services, a well-respected organization famous for its hospitality promises, emphasizing respect, attentiveness, professionalism, accountability, and a warm, welcoming environment. Clarendale of Chandler not only provides superior care but also encourages social interaction and engagement through extraordinary activities and beautiful scenic views, making it a sought-after destination for seniors looking for an enriching lifestyle.

At Clarendale of Chandler, we are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Arizona Certified Caregiver to join our full-time team, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $19.50. This role is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality personal care in a supportive and caring environment. The schedule primarily runs from 6 am to 2 pm, with flexibility for working weekends and holidays, reflecting the importance of continuous care and support for our community members.

The Arizona Certified Caregiver at Clarendale of Chandler will play a central role in assisting residents with various aspects of their personal care needs, ranging from bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving to more medical-related tasks like incontinent care, foot care, vital signs monitoring, and height and weight checks. Beyond personal care, the caregiver will assist residents during mealtimes by cutting food and providing encouragement to promote healthy eating habits. Documentation and communication are critical components of this role; the caregiver will need to complete shift assignments accurately, report any concerns to the nursing supervisor, and maintain open lines of communication with residents, families, department heads, and the Director of Resident Services.

Clarendale fosters an environment where caregivers are supported through ongoing monthly training sessions that promote professional and personal growth. Employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan with employer match, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, unique perks such as a travel and purchase discount program and DailyPay provide flexibility and added value to our team members.

Joining Clarendale of Chandler means becoming part of a team that values each employee's contributions and strives to make work engaging, enjoyable, and fulfilling. The community's commitment to maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere, alongside fostering a culture that values differences and encourages asking how we can better serve, makes this role perfect for caregivers who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors. If you are a certified caregiver seeking a rewarding career in an outstanding senior living community, this opportunity at Clarendale of Chandler is ideal for you.
