The Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist position at HPRC is integral to the smooth operation of the facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented approach. The receptionist is responsible for managing front desk functions such as patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination. Additionally, they verify insurance coverage, process authorizations, and collect payments to support accurate billing, ensuring patients have seamless access to care.

The position demands familiarity with maintaining patient records accurately, including registering new patients and updating information within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The Front Desk Medical Receptionist handles phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, always adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several responsibilities simultaneously within a healthcare environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering a consistent routine with a competitive pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
