Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant hotel or hospitality field experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed
- Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions

Job Duties
- Greet, seat, and engage guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain a polished appearance including uniform and nametag
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff
- Manage reservations, tables, and orders efficiently
- Assist with payment processing and handling tips
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Collaborate effectively with servers and cashier to enhance guest experience
