We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the guest dining experience with energy and excellence. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the catalyst behind every successful meal, maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant and event spaces. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring that every guest interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Essential to your role is maintaining operational excellence by upholding standards in food quality, safety, certifications, and compliance. Your administrative skills will be critical as you manage payroll, scheduling, reports, and inventory, seamlessly coordinating the logistics that support smooth daily operations.

You will also be a driving force for innovation, developing engaging promotions and managing beverage purchasing to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly will keep the environment positive and responsive to both guest and staff needs.
