  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
  • Strong culinary background

Job Duties

  • Manage all culinary operations on campus including resident dining, retail, catering, concessions, and on-campus restaurant
  • Oversee purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
  • Ensure adherence to Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards compliance
  • Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • Collaborate with campus stakeholders to enhance food service experiences
