Job Duties
- Manage all culinary operations on campus including resident dining, retail, catering, concessions, and on-campus restaurant
- Oversee purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
- Ensure adherence to Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards compliance
- Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- Collaborate with campus stakeholders to enhance food service experiences
