Call Center Representative

Sterling Search Partner is assisting a Tupelo client in their search for a Call Center Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. Interviews are scheduled for the week of 4/28, with a start date of May 19th. During training, the work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM for the first 2 months.
