Call Center Representative

Sterling Search Partner is assisting a Tupelo client in the search for a Call Center Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. Interviews will be conducted the week of 4/28, and the start date is May 19th. Training schedule includes the first 2 months Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
