Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Previous baking or decorating experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cake decorating or baking preferred
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepping sponge cakes, creams, chocolates, etc
- Frosting/decorating cakes, shortcakes, pastries
- Stocking organizing items ordered from vendors
- Being able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Checking product inventory
- Clean all equipment/utensils/floor/tools daily
- Organize all cake related materials in the walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the back of the house and walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
- Be on time to all scheduled shifts
