We are currently seeking a Cake Decorator and Prep Specialist to join our talented team. The Cake Decorator and Prep Specialist will play a critical role in preparing sponge cakes, creams, chocolates, and other essential components of our products. In addition, this role involves frosting and decorating cakes, shortcakes, and pastries to meet the artistic standards and quality our bakery is known for.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all cake-related materials, including those in the walk-in cooler, freezer, and storage areas. This position requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to inventory management, and strict adherence to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role requires the ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly. Being punctual and maintaining a professional appearance are also essential traits for this role.
