Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 to 12 months related experience

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service and sanitary conditions
- Maintain adequate presentation and proper variety of bakery products including cakes
- Manage inventory levels with the Bakery Manager
- Maintain production and minimize shrink as per company guidelines
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Make all customer special orders such as cakes
- Adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations
- May be in charge of the bakery in the absence of manager and first clerk
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
