Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work opening and morning shifts
- pass background check and drug screening
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- availability to work full time
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous deli or bakery experience an advantage
- customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills
- teamwork and communication skills
- food safety knowledge is beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor promptly and efficiently
- clean and maintain deli and bakery areas adhering to food safety standards
- stock and display products to enhance visual appeal
- follow proper food handling and safety protocols
- participate in team activities and contribute to a positive work environment
