Job Description
The Cake Decorator role at Great American Cookies is an exciting and dynamic position within the company's operations team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the Cake Decorator plays a vital role in creating beautifully decorated cakes and cookies that meet customer specifications. Job Requirements
- Must have 2-5 years of retail and/or food service management experience
- Must have 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Must have 1-2 years of cake decorating experience
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have good verbal communication abilities
- Must be able to multitask efficiently
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates
- Create custom designs based on customer specifications
- Work closely with management to ensure all orders are completed
- Serve customers and create an exciting experience
- Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating
- Operate an oven and bake ingredients within standard constraints
- Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas
