Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handler card or equivalent certification
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical capability to perform lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling
- attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
- reliable and punctual
- willing to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cake decorating or bakery operations preferred
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques and materials
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- food safety certification such as a food handler card or equivalent
Job Duties
- prepare and decorate high volume cakes and desserts according to standardized recipes
- perform other related preparation and sanitation duties as required
- work a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- lift heavy objects as needed
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area
- comply with food safety guidelines and regulations
- follow instructions from the bakery manager
