- Cake and cookie decorating experience
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and culinary skills
- Ability to follow a recipe accurately
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes and cookies
- Fully decorate cakes and cookies in line with the Leila aesthetic
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure all products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and consistency
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient bakery operations
