- Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate menu planning with Executive Chef/Sous Chef to ensure that food costs are maintained
- Plan special menus for holiday and staff functions
- Practice safety standards at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- Report to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve
- Monitor quality and amounts of food on service line
- Anticipate usage levels and prepare replenishments on a timely basis
- Work with Cafeteria Line server/Attendant to ensure optimum service for the employees
- Prepare all meals following recipes and yield guides
