Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide prompt and efficient service, taking and accurately processing orders
- Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations based on preferences
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
- Assist in assembling bread service and other food items according to standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment
- Engage with customers to create positive and memorable experiences
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and exceed expectations
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members and bakery staff to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with additional tasks to support bakery success
