Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Provide prompt and efficient service, taking and accurately processing orders
  • Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations based on preferences
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
  • Assist in assembling bread service and other food items according to standards
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment
  • Engage with customers to create positive and memorable experiences
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and exceed expectations
  • Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices
  • Collaborate with team members and bakery staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist with additional tasks to support bakery success
