The establishment prides itself on offering a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere paired with high-quality, artisanal baked goods and exceptional customer service. As a premier destination for lovers of French pastries and café culture, Parfait Paris combines traditional baking techniques with a contemporary flair, ensuring a delightful dining experience for every guest.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and committed Manager to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in organizing the daily operations of the café and motivating staff to deliver top-notch customer service. The Manager at Parfait Paris must have experience in various roles within coffee shops, cafés, or restaurants, and a strong passion for French cuisine and desserts. The Manager is entrusted with responsibilities such as scheduling shifts for a team of 10 mixed part-time and full-time employees, monitoring daily expenses and revenues, and managing weekly inventory.

Beyond operational oversight, the Manager is expected to foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, onboarding new staff and training employees on drink preparations, customer service, and sales techniques. Understanding labor costs and managing schedules efficiently to optimize profitability is critical, as is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all shop areas. This role also involves actively enhancing sales by recommending Parfait Paris’s exquisite French food and sweet treats, warmly welcoming customers, and nurturing friendly relationships with patrons to increase loyalty and boost the café’s reputation.

This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality, French cuisine, and team leadership to thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment.
