The company emphasizes a culture combining excitement with responsibility, striving to create memorable moments through innovative attractions and exceptional customer service.

Urban Air Port St. Lucie, one of the many locations within the Urban Air network, is currently seeking a dedicated Café Manager to oversee operations at its Urban Air Café. The Café Manager plays a crucial, hands-on role in managing the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service and quality food to guests. This role involves much time spent in both the kitchen and the service area, directly preparing, cooking, and serving food with urgency and friendliness. Additionally, this position demands a strong focus on operational standards, team management, inventory control, and a commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate for the Café Manager role will be an enthusiastic leader who drives the team to meet or exceed performance expectations while embodying the culture of Urban Air. They will support and execute all operational processes, manage staff schedules, oversee inventory and deliveries, and maintain the café's organization and guest satisfaction. Training of new and existing staff in menu preparation and service standards is a key responsibility, alongside handling any guest concerns promptly and courteously. The Café Manager sets a positive example through punctuality, attendance, and professionalism, fostering a workplace atmosphere where team members feel motivated and aligned with both the operational goals and the energetic culture of Urban Air.

Urban Air values a balance of professionalism and fun, believing this is vital to a thriving work environment and superior guest experience. The Café Manager is expected to uphold these values while ensuring that the café operates efficiently within a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment that demands constant attention and adaptability. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic entertainment company that places family enjoyment and team development at the forefront. Urban Air Port St. Lucie is an equal opportunity employer welcoming applications from qualified candidates ready to contribute their skills and energy to this exciting role.
