The organization prides itself on providing exceptional member experiences, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, and continuously investing in employee development and community engagement. Life Time emphasizes a culture of teamwork, respect, innovation, and excellence, consistently ranking as a leading employer in the wellness industry. With a broad footprint of locations, Life Time aims to deliver value through holistic wellness opportunities that integrate fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle support, making it a sought-after employer for individuals passionate about health and service.

The LifeCafe Lead position is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the overall performance and daily operations of a LifeCafe location. This role typically manages sites with lower monthly revenue but requires the same high standards and business ownership as larger locations. The LifeCafe Lead ensures the execution of all menu items is of the highest quality while maintaining stringent food safety and operational protocols. By working directly in "The Zone," the primary operational area, the Lead models excellence in pace, food quality, and hospitality standards, inspiring and developing the team through direct coaching and leadership.

This position demands strong business acumen as the Lead actively manages financial aspects such as food and labor costs, scheduling, and payroll, ensuring all targets and compliance metrics are met. Additionally, the LifeCafe Lead is accountable for fostering a positive team culture centered on collaboration, service quality, and professional growth, thereby driving outstanding member experiences daily. The role also involves enforcing cleanliness, security, and safety standards rigorously to maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Employment for this hourly role offers competitive wages starting at $26.00 and can increase to $34.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Incentive pay is also available based on the LifeCafe’s business performance. This provides motivated individuals with a rewarding opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment within a company dedicated to health, wellness, and exceptional service. The LifeCafe Lead is crucial to delivering the unique Life Time experience and contributing to the company’s reputation as an industry leader committed to both member satisfaction and employee development.
