Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
- proactive and innovative mindset
- willingness to participate in comprehensive training
