Job Requirements
- Minimum education level as required by local regulations
- One to two years of experience working as a cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to obtain necessary work permits and certifications
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Support executive chef and assistant chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working order
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Cook, fry, sauté, carve, broil, grill, and steam various meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables
- Keep cold food items stocked and ready for use
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout shifts
- Ensure compliance with kitchen operational protocols and food safety regulations
