This role is designed for someone who truly values the craft of coffee and tea making, and who thrives in a lively and people-oriented setting. As a Barista at The Collective Brew, you will be the face of the café, engaging warmly with customers, preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee, matcha, specialty teas, cold brews, and a variety of sandwiches and bites. You will be responsible for mastering and consistently executing their carefully curated recipes, ensuring each drink meets the high standard customers expect. Beyond drink preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout the café will be part of your daily routine.
