Aramark is currently seeking full-time Cafe Baristas to join their energetic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service within a lively and sociable environment. As a Cafe Barista, you will play a crucial role in meticulously preparing specialty beverages such as coffee, tea, and other drinks while also assisting with food preparation. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, ability to follow brand standards, and a friendly attitude toward customers. The cafe barista will be responsible for managing cash and credit card transactions through a POS system, ensuring accuracy in order handling and cashier documentation. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the work area is also a key responsibility, including sanitizing equipment regularly and efficiently setting up and dismantling stations.

In addition to coffee preparation, the Cafe Barista must comply with all food and beverage safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring safe consumption for customers. Physical requirements of the role may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. The position emphasizes the importance of teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to perform miscellaneous assignments as directed by management.
