Delaware North is distinguished by its diverse portfolio that spans major sports arenas, stunning national parks, exciting casinos, and more, underpinned by a rich history of over 100 years as a family-owned enterprise. Their presence at Titletown comprises exciting venues such as Homefield Pub + Social, which includes entertainment options like Topgolf Swing Suites, as well as hosting special seasonal events such as sledding and ice skating.
For individuals seeking employment, Delaware North offers a culture focused on growth, learning, and rewarding efforts, particularly within the hospitality sector. The company is currently hiring part-time Cafe Attendants to join the Packers Athletic Club team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The position is a tipped role with a base hourly wage of $15.00, excluding potential tips, making it an appealing opportunity for those interested in the food and beverage industry.
As a Cafe Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve various concession items professionally while ensuring the highest standards of guest service. You will engage in food preparation tasks such as preparing smoothies and coffee drinks—including espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino—by adhering strictly to prescribed recipes and preparation methods. Additionally, you will handle the sales and service of food menu items, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café area, and participate in inventory management by reporting shortages or discrepancies to supervisors. If applicable, you will also operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to process transactions and provide accurate change or receipts to guests.
Delaware North is deeply invested in its team members, offering extensive benefits including weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, comprehensive training and development, and eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans with company matches, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and assistance programs.
