- collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs by working in different areas
- prepares food according to item specifications, plans future productions, and manages seasonal production
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement
- uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving, training, and quality management with member focus
- drives area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, and providing member service
- acts as a brand ambassador by developing, influencing, and inspiring others
- complies with company policies, ethical standards, and implements action plans
- completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating across teams and communicating progress
