Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to complete all job required trainings and assessments successfully within prescribed time
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours and different business areas
- capability to follow safety and hygiene procedures
- physical ability to perform food preparation and handle equipment
- comply with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or retail food service preferred
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- proficiency with digital tools and technology
- customer service experience favorable
- capability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross functional teams
- helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- works flexibly across business areas
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans for future and mass productions
- prepares for seasonality
- adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ensures cold chain compliance
- manages inventory
- operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment

- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving, training, and quality control
- encourages adoption of new tools
- drives performance of the area
- stocks and rotates merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service including assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- acts as brand ambassador
- develops, influences and inspires others
- supports respectful and team-oriented work culture
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- collaborates with managers, coworkers and others to complete work assignments
