Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Basic proficiency with handheld technology and digital tools
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
  • Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in prior roles
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Food handler certification preferred.

Job Duties

  • Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources

  • Prepare food according to specifications while understanding and planning future and mass productions
  • Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment demonstrating knowledge of product and layout execution
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
  • Use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and ensuring product quality
  • Drive performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, and assisting members
  • Act as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring others in a respectful and team-oriented manner
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
  • Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
  • Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers
  • Identify priorities, communicate progress, and adapt to change and feedback.
