Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period
- Willingness to adhere to food safety standards and operate equipment safely
- Ability to work flexible hours and in different areas as needed
- Commitment to comply with company policies and maintain ethical standards
- Capacity to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to food preparation, stocking, and sanitization
- Openness to learn and adapt to new technology and business processes.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Basic proficiency with handheld technology and digital tools
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in prior roles
- Food safety certification preferred
- Food handler certification preferred.
Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other business areas
- Prepare food according to specifications while understanding and planning future and mass productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment demonstrating knowledge of product and layout execution
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- Use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- Drive performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, and assisting members
- Act as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring others in a respectful and team-oriented manner
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers
- Identify priorities, communicate progress, and adapt to change and feedback.
