Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Physical capability to perform food preparation duties
- Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policy
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or prepared food environments preferred
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Proficient with digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service experience
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Commitment to upholding company ethics and integrity standards.
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to business needs by working in various areas
- Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future and mass productions, and prepare for seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment while understanding product and layout execution
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- Drive area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality control and date standards, eliminating waste
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- Act as a brand advocate and talent ambassador by developing, influencing, and inspiring others in a respectful, team-oriented manner
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicate progress, and recommend improvements
- Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
