Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans and manages future and mass productions including seasonality
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve shopping experiences
- manages inventory and ordering processes
- drives area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving member issues and concerns
- acts as a brand advocate and talent ambassador
- assists in training associates
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- collaborates with managers and coworkers to complete work assignments and identify improvement opportunities
- adapts to change and feedback
