Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to work flexible hours and in various departments
- compliance with company drug-free workplace policy
- capable of maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift weights as required
- willing to learn and adapt to new digital tools and processes
- adherence to ethical standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- experience in food service or prepared food industry is an advantage
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic technology proficiency to use handheld devices and software tools
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- customer service skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts and departments
Job Duties
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs by working in various areas
- prepares food according to item specifications and plans for future productions
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
- stocks and rotates merchandise ensuring quality and date control standards
- eliminates food waste by managing inventory carefully
- provides member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- acts as a brand ambassador promoting a respectful and team-oriented work environment
- complies with company policies and ethics as well as participates in training and development
- collaborates with managers and coworkers to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- adapts to changes and seeks continuous improvement
