Their exceptional expertise covers feasibility and consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and the booking and content management of world-class live entertainment. This vast network and comprehensive service suite position Legends Global as a key player in the live events industry, dedicated to excellence and providing value through a white-label approach that keeps partners in the spotlight.
Legends Global fosters a dynamic and inclusive culture built on respect, ambitious thinking, collaboration, and bold action. The company prioritizes creating an environment where individuals can be authentic, make significant contributions, and grow professionally. With a commitment to winning as a unified team, Legends Global emphasizes the importance of every team member’s role in achieving success and delivering superior experiences to guests and partners alike. This culture promotes teamwork, innovation, and a high level of engagement among employees.
The Culinary Supervisor position at Legends Global, based on-site at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA, plays a vital role within its Commissary Department under the Executive Chef and Sous Chef’s guidance. This part-time, seasonal role offers an hourly compensation rate of $28.50 and requires a candidate with the ability to manage and coordinate the day-to-day food preparation and operations essential to supporting live event services. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring all food items are prepared properly, overseeing sanitation protocols, managing stock replenishment and rotation, and maintaining compliance with company policies and food safety standards. They will be expected to open and close their areas efficiently, input daily event sheets and reports accurately, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations during live events.
The role demands high standards in food production quality, consistent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment. The Culinary Supervisor must have experience working in fast-paced, high-volume settings such as fine dining restaurants or catering facilities, ideally within a full-service casual dining atmosphere. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and the capability to multitask effectively under pressure are critical to success in this position. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and transport food and materials weighing up to 50 pounds and the mobility to perform various production tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling throughout extended shifts, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
By joining Legends Global as a Culinary Supervisor, candidates will become part of an ambitious and supportive team driving the success of world-class live events. This role not only offers an opportunity to contribute to renowned events but also to grow within a company that champions diversity, inclusion, and excellence across all aspects of its operations. The company encourages applications from Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans, reflecting its status as a VEVRAA Federal Contractor and commitment to equal employment opportunity.
