The Kitchen Manager role at Butter Me Up is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations. This role entails managing and coordinating the kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets the highest quality and safety standards. The Kitchen Manager acts with a sense of ownership, running the kitchen as if it were their own business. Their responsibilities include shift work, direct cooking and food preparation, training and scheduling cooks, performing quality control checks on all food items, and managing inventory by ordering supplies to meet demand. As a leader, the Kitchen Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in achieving overall business objectives and plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

In addition to operational duties, the Kitchen Manager is expected to uphold Butter Me Up's brand standards, ensuring that every guest receives excellent service and food that adheres strictly to recipes and presentation guidelines.
