We are currently looking for skilled Butchers to join our team. In this role, Butchers are responsible for fabricating high-quality food items daily and exceeding guest expectations by adhering to precise specifications and presentation guidelines. The position requires accommodating special guest requests while consistently delivering products that meet the restaurant's high-quality standards. Butchers will coordinate meat and seafood cutting procedures to support timely and efficient yields, all while ensuring that proper food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed to protect guest health and safety.
