The Fine Dining Busser is responsible for a variety of tasks that support the servers during their shifts, which may range from 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. Weekend and holiday availability is required to meet the resort’s busy schedule and ensure consistent service throughout peak periods. Key responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized workstations both in the restaurant and kitchen areas, assisting with filling water glasses and coffee cups during meal periods, and clearing and resetting tables promptly and properly. The busser also ensures that the service storeroom and reach-in refrigerators are kept tidy and well-organized, promoting efficiency and cleanliness in all service areas.
