Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible shifts including after school and weekends

- willingness to perform opening, running, shift change, and closing duties
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations

- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- assist with ensuring all guests receive a superior dining experience
- turn tables as quickly as possible by clearing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables within 45 seconds
- assist with running food
- have a good knowledge of the menu and an excellent knowledge of the floor plan
- assist other employees whenever possible promoting teamwork
- maintain cleanliness of the dining areas, bar, wait stations, parking lot, patio, and restrooms
- have full awareness of all necessary stocking at the wait stations and the bar
- serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to service standards
- complete all assigned opening, running, shift change, and closing duties including side work
- empty and reline trash cans and replace linen bags as necessary
- be prepared to provide guests with information about the restaurant and company
- ensure all side work is checked by a manager or shift leader
- maintain professionalism and uphold company policies regarding guest interactions and tip discussions
