Job Requirements

- One to three months related experience or training

- High school diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in small group situations
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell
- Ability to lift and/or move weight up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to adjust and focus vision
Job Duties
- Assist with ensuring all guests receive a superior dining experience
- Turn tables as quickly as possible, aiming to clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables in 45 seconds
- Assist with running food
- Have a good knowledge of the menu and an excellent knowledge of the floor plan
- Assist other employees whenever possible, promoting teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, wait stations, parking lot, patio, and restrooms
- Manage stocking at wait stations and bar including glasses, ice bins, side plates, silverware
- Complete all assigned opening, running, shift change and closing duties
- Empty and reline trash cans as necessary
- Replace linen bags as necessary
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant and company
- Ensure all side work is checked by a manager or shift leader
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude with guests
