As a Server Assistant at Taste Buds Management, you will be instrumental in supporting the servers by performing vital operational tasks that ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. In addition to these essential duties, you will assist servers by running food to tables and supporting general restaurant maintenance, which includes restroom checks, floor cleaning, and managing garbage disposal. Job Duties

  • Assist with ensuring all guests receive a superior dining experience
  • Turn tables as quickly as possible, aiming to clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables in 45 seconds
  • Assist with running food
  • Have a good knowledge of the menu and an excellent knowledge of the floor plan
  • Assist other employees whenever possible, promoting teamwork
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, wait stations, parking lot, patio, and restrooms
  • Manage stocking at wait stations and bar including glasses, ice bins, side plates, silverware
  • Complete all assigned opening, running, shift change and closing duties
  • Empty and reline trash cans as necessary
  • Replace linen bags as necessary
  • Provide guests with information about the restaurant and company
  • Ensure all side work is checked by a manager or shift leader
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude with guests
