The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is integral to delivering excellent guest experiences. This dynamic position requires individuals who are friendly, attentive, and efficient as they support servers and ensure that the dining environment is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. Responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, setting up the station for shifts, ensuring silverware and condiments are available on tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and running hot food from the kitchen to guests promptly. The role also involves clearing dishes, resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table readiness effectively. All duties are conducted with strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.

Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, and the stamina to remain standing and move around the restaurant throughout shifts that may last from 8 to 12 hours. The ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
