As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, setting up your station for each shift, ensuring tables are well-prepared with utensils and condiments, refilling beverages, clearing used plates and glasses, delivering hot food promptly from the kitchen to customers, assisting servers when necessary, following all safety and sanitation standards, clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area. The role demands physical stamina including the ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry items up to 30 pounds. Successful candidates will be team players with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
