Employees can take advantage of medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at under $10 per week, as well as life insurance and short-term disability coverage. The company also offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match after one year of service, along with anniversary pay for eligible employees. Staff receive discounted shift meals and a 25% discount when dining as guests, emphasizing Red Lobster's appreciation for their team’s hard work.

Moreover, Red Lobster is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. It is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination based on age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status. The company also supports reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure all employees can fulfill their roles effectively.
