As a Busser/Runner, your role is vital to creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests enter the restaurant. Responsibilities include setting up stations for shifts, ensuring tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and efficiently running hot food to guests. You will also assist servers as needed and follow strict food safety and cleanliness standards. After guests finish their meals, you'll clear and reset tables, clean seats and floors, and communicate table readiness to the serving team. Maintaining the dish area and breaking down items is also part of your duties. This role requires physical stamina, as employees must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on their feet throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift.
